• 摘要： 新冠肺炎疫情加剧了与自杀行为相关的风险因素，但最新数据表明，在新冠肺炎疫情的最初几个月，自杀率普遍没有上升。考虑到新冠肺炎疫情对自杀的影响复杂，本研究系统回顾了来自不同国家的新冠肺炎疫情新冠肺炎疫情期间自杀/自杀企图发生率和自杀率趋势，分析了其中可能存在的原因，提出了关于防止类似大型疾病下的自杀死亡和自杀企图的一些建议。
• The COVID-19 pandemic had exacerbated risk factors associated with suicidal behaviour,but the latest data suggested that suicide rates had generally not increased in the early months of thepandemic. Given the complex impact of COVID-19 on suicide, this study systematically reviewed theincidence of suicide/suicide attempts and trends in suicide rates from different countries during theCOVID-19 pandemic, analyzed the possible causes, and made some recommendations for preventingsuicide deaths and suicide attempts during similar pandemic.
