Commitment to change is an individual’s willingness and motivation to actively engage inorganizational change, which can be transformed into positive and beneficial behaviors in change,and is one of the key factors affecting the success or failure of organizational change, which is of greatsignificance in organizational management theory and practice. Commitment to Change is influencedby individual factors and organizational contexts, and can predict individual behaviors in change andultimately have an impact on change outcomes. This paper reviews the relevant literature on changecommitment in recent years, provides a comprehensive overview of the concept, structure, measurement,antecedent variables, and outcome, based on which it reflects on the shortcomings of the existingliterature and proposes directions for future research.
