  • 摘要: 变革承诺是个体积极投入组织变革的意愿和动机,可以转化为个体在变革中积极有益的行为,是影响组织变革成败的关键因素之一,在组织管理理论和实践中具有重要意义。变革承诺受到个体因素和组织情境的影响,能够预测个体在变革中的行为,并最终对变革结果产生影响。本文梳理回顾近年来变革承诺的相关文献,从概念、结构、测量、前因变量、作用结果等方面进行了全面综述,在此基础上反思了现有文献中的不足之处,提出了未来的研究方向。
  • Commitment to change is an individual’s willingness and motivation to actively engage inorganizational change, which can be transformed into positive and beneficial behaviors in change,and is one of the key factors affecting the success or failure of organizational change, which is of greatsignificance in organizational management theory and practice. Commitment to Change is influencedby individual factors and organizational contexts, and can predict individual behaviors in change andultimately have an impact on change outcomes. This paper reviews the relevant literature on changecommitment in recent years, provides a comprehensive overview of the concept, structure, measurement,antecedent variables, and outcome, based on which it reflects on the shortcomings of the existingliterature and proposes directions for future research.
