Family income,parental education level, family structure, parental relationship, parent-child relationship, and parentalinvolvement in education are important influencing factors for adolescent selfinjury behavior. Advocatingadolescent selfcare, strengthening parenting guidance, improving parents’ mental health literacy,emphasizing homeschool cooperation, giving full play to the role of parent classrooms, and focusing oncommunity support and assistance play an important role in preventing and reducing adolescent selfinjurybehavior.
