Recent Progress and Implications of the Research on Influencing Factors of College Students’ Career Planning in Recent Ten Years —Systematic Literature Review Method based on 23 Literatures from 2010 to 2023
In order to clarify the latest research progress in the field of college students’ career planningin China in recent ten years (2010-2023), this study adopts the systematic literature review method,selects 23 high-quality research papers from CNKI database, and makes statistical analysis from threeaspects: research object, research method and research results. The following conclusions are drawn:(1) From the perspective of research objects, the current research objects on influencing factors of collegestudents’ career planning mainly focus on freshmen to seniors. In addition, the sample size is mainlyabout 500 people, accounting for the majority; (2) From the perspective of research methods, most of theresearch tools are self-compiled questionnaires, and a few directly learn from existing questionnaires withgood reliability and validity. In terms of data collection methods, the current empirical research on theinfluencing factors of college students’ career planning focuses more on the use of questionnaire surveyto collect students’ data. (3) In terms of research results, most studies focus on students’ self-efficacy, selfconcept,value orientation and other aspects, and there are also discussions that combine external factorssuch as school, family and society with internal factors. Finally, this paper discusses the implications of thestudy on the influencing factors of college students’ career planning, in order to promote the developmentof career planning in China and promote the healthy employment of college students.
