According to some related investigations, Chinese teenagers are disturbed by negative emotionsand affects more and more commonly. This dissertation discusses four aspects of why the teenagers arenot easy to feel happy: education involution, hyper-competition, jealousy and loneliness, isolation (ofaffect) like a puppet. Accordingly, this dissertation arises four efforts to guide the teenagers to feel happyin daily life, such as: (1) Attend cooperative group activities; (2) Participate in sports; (3) Build sociallysupportive system; (4) Operate empathy in family education. The teenagers are in a special stage of affectsensitivity, as well as the quickly developing society, so how to guide the teenagers need intelligence andefforts.
