中医情志护理对老年糖尿病患者自我效能及慢性并发症的影响

• 摘要： 目的：观察中医情志护理对老年2型糖尿病患者自我效能及慢性并发症的影响。方法：选取2020年8月—2022年10月160例老年2型糖尿病患者，随机分为实验组和对照组（n=80）。对照组给予常规护理干预，实验组在此基础上联合应用中医情志护理干预。比较两组患者的自我效能（DSES）评分、空腹血糖及代谢水平及并发症情况。结果：采用中医情志护理的实验组DSES评分显著优于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。实验组在糖尿病控制情况及并发症情况监测中均优于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：中医情志护理能有效提高老年糖尿病患者的自我效能，降低其慢性并发症的发病率，具有较高的临床意义。
• Objective: To observe the effect of TCM emotional nursing on self-efficacy and chroniccomplications in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 160 elderly patients with type2 diabetes from August 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group andcontrol group (n=80). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimentalgroup was combined with the application of TCM emotional nursing intervention. Self-efficacy (DSES)scores, fasting blood glucose and metabolic levels, and complications were compared between the twogroups. Results: The DSES score of the experimental group using TCM emotional care was significantlybetter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Theexperimental group was superior to the control group in the monitoring of diabetes and the monitoring ofcomplications, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: TCM emotional carecan effectively improve the self-efficacy of elderly diabetic patients and reduce the incidence of chroniccomplications, which has high clinical significance.
