民族院校大学生专业认同对就业力的影响:学习投入的中介作用

  • 摘要: 目的:探究民族院校大学生就业力现状及其影响因素。方法:采用就业力量表、专业认同量表、学习投入量表,对340名民族院校大学生进行调查。结果:就业力、专业认同、学习投入两两正相关(p<0.01),专业认同、学习投入可以正向预测就业力,学习投入在专业认同对就业力的影响中起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.14。结论:专业认同可以直接或通过学习投入间接影响就业力,民族院校大学生可以通过提升专业认同、提高学习投入来提高就业力。
  • Objective: To explore the current situation and influencing factors of employability of collegestudents for nationalities. Methods: 340 national Minzu students were investigated with employment forcescale, specialty identity scale and learning involvement scale. Results: Employability, professional identityand learning engagement were poughtly correlated (p<0.01). Specialty identity and learning engagementcould positively predict employability. Learning engagement played a partial mediating role in specialtyidentity and employability, and the mediating effect was 0.14. Conclusion: Specialty identity can influenceemployability either directly or indirectly through learning engagement. Students in Minzu colleges anduniversities can improve their employability by improving specialty identity and learning engagement.
