• Abstract: 本文是一例用EMDR疗法处理大学新生适应问题的案例报告。通过EMDR咨询，帮助来访者解决新生适应问题，情绪稳定，达到临床显效。咨询师对本案例进行了反思，并对EMDR在大学生心理咨询中的运用做了归纳。
• This paper is a case report on the adaptation of college freshmen with EMDR therapy. Through EMDR consultation, help clients to solve freshmen adjustment problems, emotional stability, to achieve clinical effectiveness. The consultant reflected on this case and summarized the application of EMDR in the psychological consultation of college students.
