应用心理学专业实验实践教学的探索

• 摘要： 面对生活中的不确定性，人们力图寻找更多的心理资源来增加确定性以满足自身对安全感的需要。现阶段，整个社会的心理服务需求增大，如何培养出更加优秀的应用心理学专业人才是各个高校需要持续探究的问题。本文从六个方面对当下应用心理学专业实验实践教学进行探索，如完善学校学业指导机制；开展小班实验实践教学，精准人才培养；构建校内外联合培养的人才培养体系；完善实验基础条件，营造更加开放的学习氛围；丰富实验实践教学内容，创新实验实践教学方式；不断完善应用心理学专业教学体系。
• People try hard to search more mental resource to provide certainty for satisfying the need of security of themselves, when deal with the recurrence of the epidemic and the uncertainties in the life. In the post-epidemic era, with the increasing demand of psychological services in the whole society, there is a question, how to train more excellent applied psychology professionals, needs colleges and universities to explore persistently. We will explore the experimental and practical teaching of applied psychology in the post-epidemic era from six aspects during this paper. Such as improve the academic guidance mechanism, using small-class teaching during the experimental and practical teaching process to cultivate talents accurately, establish a system of joint training of talents inside and outside the universities, improve the experimental conditions and build a more open study environment, enrich the content of experimental and practical courses and innovate the methods and constantly improve the teaching system of applied psychology.
