This study explores the burnout of early childhood teachers in Jiangxi Province in the postepidemic
prevention and control period, analyses the influencing factors and proposes some suggestions
to alleviate burnout. In this study, 161 early childhood teachers in Jiangxi Province were measured
using the Early Childhood Teacher Burnout Questionnaire. Results: (1) Early childhood teachers’
burnout in Jiangxi Province is at the lower end of the medium range, and from the three dimensions of
subordination, early childhood teachers in Jiangxi Province have the highest level of emotional exhaustion
score, followed by low achievement and the lowest dehumanization score; (2) Burnout among teachers
in Jiangxi Province differs significantly in terms of age, teaching age, nature of the school, location of
the school, income level and length of working hours; Conclusion burnout is widespread, with teachers
experiencing more severe burnout on the emotional exhaustion dimension, lower levels of burnout on the
low achievement dimension, and no significant burnout on the de-personalization dimension.
