This study takes reservists as the research object, and takes occupational identity, job
satisfaction and job burnout as the research content. Research methods such as the literature analysis,
the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and interview are adopted. The present situation and
characteristics of occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout of reservists are investigated.
And explore the relationship between reservists’ occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout.
The main conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) The occupational identity, job satisfaction and
job burnout of reservists have significant differences in gender, age, the working age, marital status,
educational background and monthly income; (2) The occupational identity, job satisfaction and job
burnout of reservists are significantly correlated; (3) Occupational identity of reservists has a positive
predictive effect on job satisfaction.
