• Abstract: 焦虑是影响创造力的重要因素。目前学界对于焦虑促进还是阻碍创造力的问题尚存分歧，有研究发现不同焦虑类型对创造力影响不同。本文主要梳理前人针对一般性焦虑、特殊焦虑、创造性焦虑对创造力影响的研究，通过加工效率理论、干扰和认知能力的互补结构理论、恐惧管理理论解释不同焦虑类型对创造力影响的认知机制，为目前的研究分歧提供新的解释视角。在未来的研究中，需要更加规范样本选择，包括研究工具、研究方法和研究对象的选择和操作。
• Anxiety is an important factor affecting creativity. At present, the academic community is still divided on whether anxiety promotes or hinders creativity. Some studies have found that different types of anxiety have different effects on creativity. This paper mainly reviews previous studies on the influence of general anxiety, special anxiety and creative anxiety on creativity, and explains the cognitive mechanism of the influence of different types of anxiety on creativity through the theory of processing efficiency, the complementary structure theory of interference and cognitive ability, and the theory of fear management, so as to provide a new perspective for the current research differences. Future research needs to be more standardized in sample selection, research tools, research methods, research object selection and operation.
