警察亚文化视域下基于心理健康污名的创伤干预

• Abstract: 警察亚文化作为警察群体不可或缺的精神属性，对警察的工作和生活产生了深远的影响。心理健康污名作为警察亚文化的重要元素，一定程度上戒绝了警察寻求心理援助的意愿，导致其心理健康恶化，恶性循环下甚至影响到整个公安机关的功能运转。从心理健康污名基线出发，结合现阶段警察创伤现状，有针对性地提出七种创伤干预措施，一方面削弱心理健康污名对警察心理求助带来的负面影响，另一方面为后续研究提供理论平台，旨在完善警察心理健康，提高公安组织职能。
• As an indispensable attribute of the police group, police sub-culture has a profound influence on work and life of police officers. As a significant aspect of police sub-culture, mental health stigma (MHS) hinders the will of police officers to seek mental health services, deteriorates their mental health and even impacts the functioning of public security organization. This paper demonstrates seven trauma interventions from the respect of MHS, aiming to impair the negative influence on law enforcement personnel seeking mental health assistance, as well as provide a theoretical foundation for further research, in order to improve the mental health of police officers and ameliorate the function of public security organization.
