  • 摘要: 疫情防控常态化背景下,大多数小学的上课形式、上学时间及生活方式受到较大影响。相对封闭的生活环境、居家线上学习、长时间使用电子产品、与同学之间的隔空交际等都会对小学生的认知、情感,以及心理行为产生不同程度的影响。本文结合当前小学生的心理健康水平以及小学开展心理健康教育的现状,提出疫情防控常态化背景下小学开展心理健康教育的策略,从而帮助小学生提升心理素质,促进小学生形成健康完善的人格。
  • Under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the class form, school time and lifestyle of most primary schools have been greatly affected. Relatively closed living environment, online learning at home, long-term use of electronic products, and space communication with classmates will have different degrees of impact on the cognitive, emotional, and psychological behavior of primary school students. Based on the current mental health level of primary school students and the current situation of mental health education in primary schools, this paper puts forward strategies for carrying out mental health education in primary schools under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, so as to help primary school students improve their psychological quality and promote the formation of healthy and perfect personalities of primary school students.
