Under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the class form,
school time and lifestyle of most primary schools have been greatly affected. Relatively closed living
environment, online learning at home, long-term use of electronic products, and space communication
with classmates will have different degrees of impact on the cognitive, emotional, and psychological
behavior of primary school students. Based on the current mental health level of primary school students
and the current situation of mental health education in primary schools, this paper puts forward strategies
for carrying out mental health education in primary schools under the background of normalization
of epidemic prevention and control, so as to help primary school students improve their psychological
quality and promote the formation of healthy and perfect personalities of primary school students.
