• Abstract: 军校大学生是我军战斗力形成的生长力量，培育其继承和发扬战斗精神尤为重要。新训是青年学员军旅生涯的开始，也是重要的转变期，运用心理学原理从内在打牢战斗精神思想根基尤为重要。以往对军校学员战斗精神的培育，多从战斗精神培育的时代内涵、现存问题及行政机制和对策措施等方面进行研究。本篇文章拟从心理学视角探讨军校学员新训期间战斗精神的心理生成过程，并以此为依据启发从心理学的视角助力军校学员战斗精神的培育，使新训期间新学员战斗精神的培育更加有的放矢、科学和高效，为日后的军校生活乃至整个军旅生涯奠定扎实的基础。
• Military college students are the growth force of our army combat effectiveness, it is particularly important to cultivate their inheritance and carry forward the fighting spirit. The new training is the beginning of the military career of young cadets, and it is also an important period of change. It is particularly important to use psychological principles to lay a solid foundation of fighting spirit from within. In the past, the cultivation of military cadets’ fighting spirit was mainly studied from the aspects of the connotation of The Times, the existing problems, the administrative mechanism and countermeasures. This article intends to discuss the psychological generation process of military cadets’ fighting spirit during their new training from the perspective of psychology, and on this basis enlighten the cultivation of military cadets’ fighting spirit from the perspective of psychology, so that the cultivation of new cadets’ fighting spirit during the new training is more targeted, scientific and efficient, and lays a solid foundation for the future military life and even the entire military career.
