• Abstract: 目的：了解疫情防控常态化形势下医学院校心理咨询的现状及对策。方法：对某医学院2021年的个体心理咨询案例进行分析。结果表明：疫情防控常态化形势下医学院校的心理咨询的问题以情绪困扰为主，多种心理困扰并发出现；女生咨询人次多于男生；心理咨询以超短程咨询为主，每月咨询量差异较大。结论：医学院校心理咨询有自身特点，应在此基础上开展心理咨询工作。
• Objective: To understand the present situation and countermeasures of psychological consultation in medical college under the situation of epidemic prevention and control. Methods: The psychological counseling cases of a medical college in 2021 were analyzed. Results: The emotional distress was the main problem of psychological counseling in medical college under the situation of epidemic prevention and control normalization, and multiple psychological disturbances occurred concurrently; female students consult more than male students; psychological counseling is mainly short-range counseling; The monthly consultation volume varies greatly. Conclusion: Psychological counseling in medical college has its own characteristics, we should carry out psychological counseling based on the survey results.
