Since the epidemic, online learning has become the main means of learning for college
students, but the learning effect of online learning is not satisfactory. Due to the space between time and
space, teachers cannot control students’ learning status in real time, so the interaction between teachers
and students in online learning becomes an important factor affecting their learning effect. In view of
this, this article systematically analyzes the influencing factors of teacher-student interaction in online
learning, and from the perspective of emotion, motivation and cognition three online interactive learning
respectively on the learning effects are discussed the mechanism of action, and finally on the basis of this
puts forward the rational utilization of the teaching platform, optimizing the teaching activity design, use
opportunely teacher nonverbal behavior such as promotion strategy.
