Psychological crisis intervention is the core of mental health in colleges and universities. How
to early warning and timely intervention of psychological crisis events is the key research topic of crisis
control in colleges and universities. It’s been two years since the COVID-19 outbreak began, which
has catalyzed the rapid development of Internet big data technology and brought both opportunities
and challenges to online early warning and psychological crisis intervention. The network of campus
information construction and the universality and length of students’ use of the network provide a
massive data source to understand the psychological state of students through the analysis of campus
network traces. Through the monitoring of network big data reflecting psychological behavior, the
accuracy and effectiveness of early warning and rapid intervention of psychological crisis can be
improved. On the basis of traditional psychological crisis intervention programs and combined with
network big data technology, this study explores a new mode of campus psychological crisis warning and
intervention under the normal management of COVID-19, and provides policy suggestions and reference
strategies for universities to implement the networked psychological crisis intervention management of
college students.
