It is of great significance to take care for the mental health of management cadres and improve
the psychological quality of management cadres. This paper reviewed the research results in the past
decade on psychological capital and emotional labor. However, the existing research results are mainly
concentrated on the fields of enterprises, service industries, doctor-patient relations and preschool teacher
education, while research on the psychological capital and emotional labor of the management cadre team
is still lacking. This paper proposes a research concept for applying psychological capital and emotional
labor variables to the research field of mental health of management cadres.
