Objective: To explore the feasibility, method and effect of penetrating comprehensive sexual
education in high school mental health education. Methods: This paper discusses the feasibility of
permeating comprehensive sexual education in mental health education by means of literature analysis,
and explores the teaching effect of permeating education by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Results: It is feasible and necessary to infiltrate comprehensive sexual education in high school mental
health education. It can be carried out by classroom, club, lecture and league supplement. There were
significant differences before and after comparison in sexual cognition, sexual opinion and self-adaptation
(p<0.001), and differences in sexual attitude and social adaptation (p<0.01), which can help students
adapt to physiological changes, identify their own gender, rationally treat sex-related issues and improve
their level of sexual and mental health. Conclusions: There is a lack of sex education in high schools. It
is a beneficial exploration to infiltrate comprehensive sexual education into high school mental health
education, which is Popular with students, which can make up the gap of sex education in schools to a
certain extent. Therefore, it is necessary to further evaluate the effect of permeation teaching.
