Procedural fairness and trust are important variables in the field of organization. This paper
systematically organizes related researches on procedural justice and trust, and firstly reviews the origin
and development of the two. Then the study discusses the relationship between the two variables from
the aspects of mutual causation, trust as a mediator and moderator variable, and procedural justice as a
mediator variable. Finally, this research proposes limitations existed in the study, such as the imperfection
of the measurement, the differences of findings, cultural differences, and future research direction.
