高原军人心理健康状况影响因素研究进展

• 摘要： 本文以高原军人这一特殊群体为研究对象，结合近年国内相关研究文献，对高原军人心理健康状况因素及相关研究方法内容进行了总结。得出结论为，我国高原驻训官兵心理健康指标均低于中国军人常模，高原环境给部队官兵带来心理生理功能上一定程度的负面影响，此外不同海拔高度、驻训时间、工作任务内容及个体应对方式也是高原军人心理健康状况的重要影响因素。针对性地对不同高原官兵群体建立新的干预模型，采用动态追踪研究，改善高原军人心理健康状况，对国防军事力量建设具有重要意义。
• In this paper, the plateau soldiers as a special group as the research object, combined with the relevant domestic research literature in recent years, the plateau soldiers mental health status factors and related research methods were summarized. In conclusion, the paper for Chinese plateau training officers and soldiers in mental health indicators are lower than the norm of Chinese soldiers, plateau environment brings to the soldiers psychological a certain degree of negative effect on the physiological function, moreover different altitude, in training time, task, content and individual coping styles and plateau military mental health status of important influencing factors. It is of great significance for the construction of national defense and military forces to establish new intervention models for different groups of soldiers on the plateau and adopt dynamic tracking research to improve the mental health of soldiers on the plateau.
