箱庭疗法中的心智化作用体现及其应用展望

• Abstract: 心智化是指能够从外部看待自己和从内部理解他人的能力。箱庭疗法是一种正在被广泛运用且持续发展的心理治疗与咨询方法，本文从箱庭疗法中的咨访关系、咨询师的立场、情感投入强度和对话特点四个方面对其中蕴含的丰富的心智化作用进行了初步的讨论，同时对这些作用在人格障碍的干预、儿童青少年的培养以及心理咨询师自我成长等方面的应用进行了展望。
• Mentalization means the ability to observe oneself from the outside and understand others from the inside. Sandplay Therapy is a method of psychotherapy and counseling which is widely used and continuously developing. This paper discussed the rich mentalization functions contained in Sandplay Therapy from four aspects: the relationship between the counselor and the client; the position of the counselor; the intensity of emotional involvement and the characteristics of dialogue. At the same time, the application of these functions in the intervention of personality disorders, the psychological nourishment of children and adolescents, and the self-growth of counselors are also prospected.
