后疫情时代青少年心理危机防控与重建策略

• 摘要： 青少年是祖国的希望，青少年的健康成长关系到国家民族的前途命运, 关系到社会的长治久安，关系到千万家庭的和谐幸福。而青少年的心智尚处于成长发展过程中，社会经验有限，对恐慌、焦躁、抑郁和痛苦等负性情绪极具易感性。后疫情时代，面对新形势、新问题、新隐患和新风险，如何集中力量，整合资源，围绕青少年群体建构操作性强、指导性高、普及性广的心理危机防控机制和心理重建策略，如何营造出有利于青少年健康成长的家庭环境与社会环境, 提升青少年的心理抚育质量，对兴国安邦，构建和谐社会具有重大而深远的战略意义。
• Teenagers are the hope of the motherland. The healthy growth of teenagers is related to the future and destiny of the country, the long-term stability of the society and the harmony and happiness of millions of families. Teenager’s minds are still in the process of growth and development, and their social experiences are limited. They are very susceptible to negative emotions such as panic, anxiety, depression and pain. In the post epidemic era, facing new situations, new problems, new hidden dangers and new risks, how to concentrate and integrate resources, build a psychological crisis prevention and control mechanism and psychological reconstruction strategies with strong operability, high guidance and wide popularity around teenagers, and how to make the family and the social environments beneficial to the healthy growth of teenagers to improve the quality of psychological upbringing of them, are of great and far-reaching strategic significance for rejuvenating and stabilizing the country and building a harmonious society.
