  • 摘要: 共情是心理咨询与治疗中的重要概念,也是高校辅导员必须掌握的沟通技能。本文从人本主义心理学家罗杰斯对共情内涵的经典阐述出发,提出高校辅导员提升共情能力的方法与步骤,帮助高校辅导员进一步增强师生沟通效能、融洽师生关系、提升工作实效。
  • Empathy is not only an important concept in psychological counseling and treatment, but also a communication skill that college counselors must master. Starting from the classic exposition of the connotation of empathy by humanistic psychologist Carl R.Rogers, this paper puts forward the methods and steps of College Counselors’ empathy ability, so as to help college counselors further enhance the communication efficiency between teachers and students, harmonize the relationship between teachers and students, and improve the work effectiveness.
