In this paper, the students’ attitude toward housework scale is used to investigate college
students’ attitude toward housework, and the family intimacy and Adaptability Scale is used to investigate
college students’ family intimacy and family adaptability. The results show that the respondents have
a good attitude towards housework, correct cognition of housework, positive emotion of housework
and good habits of housework. The total table and dimensions of college students’ housework attitude
are significantly correlated with family intimacy and family adaptability, and family adaptability has a
significant positive impact on housework attitude. But family closeness had no effect on housework.
