论哀悼仪式对丧亲者的心理疗愈作用

• 摘要： 人的一生都在经历着不断的丧失，在创伤性丧失中，尤其是丧亲对许多人造成的哀伤是需要心理干预的，而哀悼仪式则在丧亲者哀伤的过程中，起到了重要的疗愈作用。它通过强烈的视觉冲击等方式，让丧亲者接受丧失的现实，有机会发泄出潜在的悲伤情绪，表达出内在的矛盾和困惑，并通过为哀伤设限，向丧亲者提供社会支持，帮助他们重新适应生活，并和逝者建立起新的联接。
• People experience constant loss throughout their lives, and to many people, psychological intervention is needed for the grief caused by traumatic loss, especially bereavement. Mourning ceremony plays an important role in the healing process of the bereaved. By means of strong visual impact, it makes the bereaved accept the reality of loss, have the opportunity to vent their underlying sadness, and express their internal contradictions and confusion. Besides, by setting limits for grief and providing social support to the bereaved, mourning ceremony can help people readjust their lives and establish new connections with the deceased.
