Objective: To understand the relationship between college students' life attitudes and mental health, and to provide references for the development of mental health education and life education in colleges and universities. Methods: Using the "Mental Health Symptom Self-rating Scale" and "Life Attitude Scale" to conduct a questionnaire survey of 316 students in a university in Wuhan who participated in psychological interviews. Results: Except for the death attitude factor, the total scores of life attitudes and ideals, life autonomy, sense of existence, love and care, and life experience were all significantly negatively correlated with the total scores of mental health and each factor. Conclusion: The life attitude of college students can significantly predict their mental health status. Colleges and universities should focus on life education to help college students improve their positive attitude towards life.
