• 摘要： 本文对突发变故后青少年儿童的心理发展阶段进行分析与探讨，并对青少年儿童遭遇突发变故后可能产生的心理问题进行原因剖析。从家庭、学校和社会三个方面探索变故发生后的干预措施，帮助青少年儿童正确面对突发变故，掌握相应的应对技巧，提高他们的心理健康水平。以期能够帮助遭遇突发变故的青少年儿童正确应对心理危机，重新振作起来，实现自我。
• This paper discussed the psychological development stageof adolescents and children after sudden changes, and analyzed the causes of psychological problems that may occur after sudden changes. From the family, school and society three aspects to explore t-he intervention measures after the occurrence of changes, to help t-eenagers and children face the sudden changes correctly, master thecorresponding coping skills, improve their mental health level. Hope to be able to help encounter sudden changes of adolescents and ch-ildren to deal with psychological crisis correctly, reinvigorate, realiz-e self.
