  • In recent years, with the popularity and wide application of smart phones, the utilization rate of smart phones has increased year by year. According to the research survey of guangming.com for college students in 2018, 41.94% of college students in China use mobile phones for 4-6 hours every day. When they are bored, before going to bed and during leisure and entertainment, the mobile phones are used most frequently. Social chat, listening to music and transfer payment are the main purposes, More than 30% of students believe that mobile phones have become a part of life, more than 40% of students say that "it will be boring not to play mobile phones all day", and more than 70% of students say that "mobile phones have no network, which will affect their study and life". Smart phones not only facilitate life, but also bring some problems that can not be ignored. The emergence of "bow head group" reflects that more and more people have become puppets dominated by smart phones, and the use of College Students' smart phones is not optimistic. In addition, with the younger trend of smart phone users, smart phones have also affected the normal life of primary and secondary school students. Due to the increasing time spent on smart phones, the academic performance and physical health of primary and middle school students have also been affected. This paper systematically arranges the definition, characteristics, influencing factors and measurement methods of mobile phone addiction, hoping to provide reference and new ideas for future research.
