民航院校学生心理资本与学业成就的关系：学习投入的中介作用

• 摘要： 目的：为探讨民航院校大学生心理资本与学业成就的关系，以及学习投入的中介作用。方法：采用心理资本量表、学习投入量表和学业成就问卷，对1658名民航院校大三学生进行调查。结果：大学生心理资本与学习投入、学业成就均呈显著正相关；学习投入在心理资本与学业成就之间起部分中介作用。结论：心理资本对大学生不同层面的学业成就均具有显著正向预测作用。大学生心理资本既可以直接，也可以通过学习投入间接影响学业成就。在教育中应注意培养大学生的心理资本。
• Objective: To explore the relationship between psychological capital and academic achievement of civil aviation college students, and the mediating role of learning engagement. Methods: 1658 junior students in civil aviation colleges were investigated by psychological capital scale, learning engagement scale and academic achievement questionnaire. Results: there was a significant positive correlation between College Students’ psychological capital and learning engagement and academic achievement; Learning engagement plays a partial intermediary role between psychological capital and academic achievement. Conclusion: psychological capital has a significant positive predictive effect on College Students’ academic achievement at different levels. College Students’ psychological capital can affect their academic achievement directly or indirectly through learning engagement. In education, we should pay attention to cultivating college students’ psychological capital.
