The sudden outburst of COVID-19 has caused enormous psychological impact and life threat to
people. “Isolation” is a way to block the transmission of virus in a special period. Interpersonal isolation
and emotional fluctuations promote the emergence of online emotion management groups. In order to
help members, integrate into the group, understand emotions, accept emotions, regulate emotions and
feel at ease, this paper designs and expounds from the four angles of “emotional connection, emotional
expression, emotional transformation and experience migration” at the level of practical operation.
