In recent years, the study of justice issues has attracted more and moreattention. Since ancient times, justice has been the core value concept pursued by Chinese and Western societies. It is a major topic to study the organizational justice of employees within a company. People from Chinese and Western cultures focus on different aspects of organizational justice, which includes justice of distribution, procedure and interaction. Chinese people pay more attention to interaction justice and Westerners pay more attention to procedural justice. Research evidence shows that Chinese and Westerners may have different starting points when thinking about problems. Chinese people are more concerned with the intimacy of self and others and Westerners consider personal interests. This study analyzes the factors for thedifference of organizational justice in dominating Chinese and Western enterprises from the perspectives of Chinese and Western cultures, family backgrounds, self-construction and fairness sensitivity.
