当代大学生幸福感的缺失和幸福观的培养

• Abstract: 幸福是人人向往的境界，是人人追求的理想。当代大学生作为青年人中的特殊群体，是最具青春活力的社会群体，他们的幸福观对其自身追求幸福的行为有着直接和强有力的支配作用。正确的幸福观有利于大学生以积极乐观的态度面对人生中的快乐和痛苦，有利于大学生科学地规划人生道路，有利于大学生更好地实现自身的角色拓展，并在此过程中感受到幸福所在。因此，帮助和引导当代大学生树立正确的幸福观，不仅有助于他们确立、发展和提升自己的世界观、人生观、价值观，而且也可以帮助他们积极向上地面对生活、面对困难，减少由于就业压力、情感困惑等因素带来的不良情绪，能够更好地适应社会发展的需要。
• Happiness is the realm everyone yearns for and the ideal everyone pursues. As a special group of young people, contemporary college students are the most youthful social group. Their concept of happiness plays a direct and powerful dominant role in their own pursuit of happiness. The correct concept of happiness is conducive to college students to face the happiness and pain in life with a positive and optimistic attitude, to college students to plan their life path scientifically, to college students to better realize their role expansion, and to feel the happiness in this process. Therefore, helping and guiding contemporary college students to establish a correct outlook on happiness will not only help them establish, develop and improve their world outlook, outlook on life and values, but also help them actively face life and difficulties, reduce bad emotions caused by employment pressure, emotional confusion and other factors, and better meet the needs of social development.
