Marx’s value concept of labor education emphasizes that labor is the way of individual to
society, and also the need of individual self-realization and connecting society. Through the analysis
of the existing literature, accordance with the requirements of measurement to compile the primary
school students labor education questionnaire, a total of 21 questions, including labor concept, labor
habits, labor skills, labor emotion 4 dimensions. The internal consistency reliability, content validity and
structure validity of the questionnaire are ideal, which meets the requirements of psychometry, indicating
that the questionnaire has good validity and can be used as an evaluation tool for the development level
of primary school students’ labor education, which provides an empirical basis for creating various forms
and contents of labor education.
