• 摘要： 本文阐述自我欺骗中积极偏差在信息加工过程中的认知规律，分析自我欺骗对个体的积极作用，并提出从辨证视角来审视自我欺骗对个体的积极作用。短暂的自我欺骗对个体有着积极作用，但是长期缺乏真实自我认知的自我欺骗会阻碍个体的发展。适度自我欺骗是基于个体积极和消极心理状态的平衡，通过调节心理健康、主观幸福感和人际关系来提高自我适应性，而不是完全回避自我的消极消息。
• This paper expounds the cognitive characteristics in the process of information processing of self-deception, analyzes the posittve effects of self-deception on indtviduals, and puts forward a dialectical perspecttve to review the positive effectof self-deception on indtviduals. We believe that short-term self-deception has positive effect on indtviduals, but long-term of self-deception which lacks real self-perception will hinder the development of indtviduals. Temperate self-deception is based on the balance of positive and negative psychological states of individuals to improve self-adaptability by acttvely regulating mental health, subjective well-being and interpersonal relatlonships, rather than completely avoid negattve information about self.
