To explore the relationship among resilience, coping style and quality of life of depressed patients, 91 inpatients with depression were tested with resilience scale (CD-RISC), simple coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) and WHOQOL-BREF. Statistical software SPSS was used for analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between resilience and coping style (r=0.91,p<0.05), resilience and quality of life (r=0.81,p<0.05), and coping style and quality of life (r=0.85,p<0.05) The results of this study reveal that resilience and coping style can positively predict the quality of life of patients with depression. Therefore, improving resilience and positive coping level can improve their quality of life.
