The college entrance examination re-study experience refers to candidates who have already
participated in a round of college entrance examinations and return to school to study again to participate
in the college entrance examination. The repeaters have a different psychological condition from the fresh
candidates. This article mainly analyzes the effects of repeaters’ mental health, interpersonal relationships.
It puts forward suggestions that will help to improve the mental health of repeaters. It is helpful for
colleges to detect and timely solve the psychological problems that may arise during the university period
of repeat students and improve repeat students’ mental health. This review mainly elaborates the influence
of repeat experience on repeat students’ mental health and summarizes the limitations of current research.
Finally, a research outlook is put forward for these problems.
