抑郁症的房树人绘画特征研究

• Abstract: 目的：研究抑郁症患者和普通人的房树人绘画特征的差异。方法：对确诊的抑郁症患者 30 人和对照组 30 人共 60 人实施房树人绘画测试。结果：（1）卡方检验显示抑郁组和对照组有 8 项绘画特征存在显著差异，为屋顶无细致刻画与修饰、树木矮小、无花朵、人物的口为张开的、四肢刻画不清晰、无窗口、人物无动作和树冠分叉。（2）以 8 项达到显著性差异水平的绘画特征为自变量，以是否为抑郁症患者为因变量，构建Logistic 回归方程，最终无窗口、人物无动作和树冠分叉 3 项特征回归系数达到显著性水平，且该回归方程的预测正确率达到 80％。结论：房树人绘画测试可作为抑郁症临床诊断的参考工具。
• Objective: To tell the difference of HTP (House-Tree-People), a projective test in which one need draw house, tree and people, between Depression and people with mental health. Method: 30 depressive patients as well as 30 subjects with psychological health were tested with HTP. Results: Eight HTP characteristics, namely, no exquisitely portrayed and decorated roof, stunted tree, no flower, no window, the bifurcate crown, character with opened mouth, no any action and the depiction of the four limbs, were difference between depressed patients and control group. In addition, three of these characteristics which were no window, character without action, bifurcate crown can be used to build the high accuracy rate of Logistic regression equation. Conclusion：HTP was an practicable clinical diagnostic tools for depression.
