• Abstract: 积极心理品质是指个体在先天潜能和环境教育交互作用的基础上形成的相对稳定的正向心理特质。安全稳定问题多发生于需要“重点关注”的学生群体，重点关注学生逐渐成为高校大学生教育管理工作的重中之重本研究根据在校重点关注学生的特点，旨在通过建立积极品质视角下的重点关注学生的筛查机制，帮助大学生提高适应能力以促进其全方位发展，同时也为心理健康教育和思想政治教育工作提供参考。
• Positive psychological quality refers to the relatively stable positive psychological characteristics formed on the basis of the interaction between innate potential and environmental education. Security and stability problems in need of “focus on” student groups, focus on the students gradually become the top priority for the management of college students education according to the characteristics of the school focus on students, this study aims to establish a positive quality perspective focuses on the student screening mechanism, to help students improve the ability to adapt to promote their all-round development, but also for mental health education and ideological and political education work to provide the reference.
