In this study, 366 college students were surveyed using the Academic Dishonesty Behavior
Scale, the Moral Disengagement Questionnaire, and the Academic Pressure Questionnaire to explore
the impact of college students’ academic pressure on academic dishonesty behavior and its mechanism.
The results show that: ① there is a significant positive correlation between academic pressure, moral
disengagement, and academic dishonesty; ② academic pressure has a significant positive predictive effect
on moral disengagement and academic dishonesty. Moral disengagement has a partial mediating effect
between academic pressure and academic dishonesty
