  • 摘要: 为探讨正念与运动状态自信心的关系并揭示运动竞赛情绪调节自我效能感在二者之间的作用机制,采用问卷法对 215 名体育专业大学生进行调查。结果显示:正念、运动竞赛情绪调节自我效能感和运动状态自信心呈显著正相关;正念显著正向预测运动状态自信心,表达积极情绪的自我效能感与管理 消极情绪的自我效能感在正念和运动状态自信心之间起完全中介作用。结论:正念对运动状态自信心的影响完全通过运动竞赛情绪调节自我效能感发挥作用。在运动表现促进中,可通过正念训练提升正念水平,减少消极情绪,促进积极情绪,进而增强运动状态自信心。
  • In order to explore the relationship between mindfulness and self-confidence of sports state and reveal the mechanism of emotion regulation self-efficacy in sports competition between them, 215 college students of sport majors were investigated by questionnaire. Results: Mindfulness, emotion regulation self-efficacy in sports competition and self-confidence of sports state were positively correlated; Mindfulness significantly positively predicts self-confidence of sports state, the self-efficacy of expressing positive emotion and the self-efficacy of managing negative emotion play a completely mediating role between mindfulness and self-confidence of sports state. Conclusion: The influence of mindfulness on self-confidence of sports state is completely through emotion regulation self-efficacy in sports competition. In the promotion of sports performance, mindfulness training can improve mindfulness level, reduce negative emotions, promote positive emotions, and then enhance self-confidence of sports state.
