• Abstract: 内卷化是指不断向内部复杂化发展却无实质创新的一种发展模式。近年来，伴随着高密度的社会发展，内卷化问题应运而生，这引起了各界学者的广泛关注。笔者系统地梳理了内卷化的概念和研究方法，论述了内卷化的影响前因和作用后果，并提出在未来研究中应当在进一步明晰内卷化概念、关注个体内卷化心理状态、深入探究内卷化的作用机制、重视内卷化干预机制的研究、拓展内卷化的研究方法等 5 个方面深化现有研究。
• Involution refers to a development mode that constantly develops to internal complexity without substantial innovation. In recent years, with the development of high-density society, the problem of involution arises at the historic moment, which has aroused extensive attention of scholars from all walks of life. In this paper, the concept and research methods of involution are systematically reviewed, and the antecedents and effects of involution are discussed, and put forward in the future study should clarify the concept of involution, pay attention to the psychological state of individual involution, deeply explore the effect mechanism of involution, pay attention to the study of the intervention mechanism of involution, and expand the research methods of involution such as five aspects.
