• Abstract: 网络心理咨询与传统心理咨询在效果对比上发现，针对抑郁症患者的治疗效果十分相近，认知行为技术在线上及线下的效果上无显著性差异，而社交恐惧症患者更倾向于在线心理咨询。治疗关系、沟通方式、感官信息收集、心理咨询的设置这四个因素对网络心理咨询的效果有影响。在此基础上，对网络心理咨询领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。
• In terms of the effect comparison between online psychological counseling and traditional psychological counseling, it is found that the treatment effect for patients with depression is very similar, and there is no significant difference in the effect of cognitive behavior technology online and offline, and patients with social phobia are more inclined to be online Counseling. Four factors, such as treatment relationship, communication method, sensory information collection, and psychological counseling, have an effect on the effectiveness of online psychological counseling. Based on this, the future research directions in the field of online psychological consultation are prospected.
