大学生不同性质自恋对合作与竞争倾向的影响研究

• Abstract: 本研究旨在探析大学生适应性自恋、非适应性自恋以及合作倾向与竞争倾向的状态，并探讨之 间的潜在关系。采用自恋人格问卷（NPI），自恋人格障碍量表（NPDS）以及合作与竞争人格倾向问卷 （CCPS）对天津市高校 539 名大学生开展测量。结果：（1）大学生非适应性自恋与竞争倾向显著正相 关，与合作倾向相关不显著。（2）大学生适应性自恋对合作倾向和竞争倾向均存在显著正相关。结论： 不同性质的自恋对合作与竞争倾向的影响不同；适应性自恋者在人际互动中兼顾合作与竞争，适应性自 恋水平越高的个体，合作倾向和竞争倾向均越高；非适应性自恋仅竞争倾向更明显。
• The purpose of this study is to explore the adaptive narcissism, maladaptive narcissism, cooperative tendency and competitive tendency of College students, and explore the potential relationship between them. 539 college students in Tianjin were measured by the Narcissistic Personality Questionnaire (NPI), the narcissistic personality disorder scale (NPDS) and the cooperative and competitive personality questionnaire (CCPS). Results: (1) Maladaptive narcissism was significantly positively related to their competitive tendency, but has no significantly relation with competitive tendency. (2) College students’ adaptive narcissism is positively correlated with their propensity to cooperate and competitive tendency. Conclusions: (1) Different nature narcissism has different influence on cooperative and competitive tendency; (2) Adaptive narcissism takes into account cooperation and competition in interpersonal interaction, and the higher the adaptive narcissism, the higher the Cooperative and the competitive tendency; (3) Maladaptive narcissism is more inclined to competition.
