  • 摘要: 目的:本研究使用量化研究方法,目的是制订融合教育的普通学校教 师学校行政支持量表。方法:根据社会支持理论编制量表的四个因素及题目, 通过专家检阅量表,对量表中的题目进行修订,然后以150 名教师为研究对象, 对量表进行项目分析、因素分析、信度分析。结果:项目分析显示,量表的每 一个题目与总分相关系数在0.30 以上,每一个题目的t 值在3.0 以上;当删除了 5 个题目后,因素分析显示,各题目因素负荷量在0.523 ~ 0.865 之间,累积解 释变异量为74.653%;信度分析显示,量表的“情感性支持”“讯息性支持”“实 质性支持”“自尊性支持”的Cronbach’s α 系数分别是0.898、0.921、0.886、0.960, 整个量表的Cronbach’s α 系数是0.964。结论:量表具有良好的效度与信度,可 以尝试在融合教育研究领域中使用。
  • This research is studied by Quantitative methods, and the purpose is to formulate a school administrative support scale for inclusive education’s ordinary school teachers. Methods: According to social support theory to develop scale's four factors and questions, through the experts reviewed the scale, revised the questions of the scale. and then 150 teachers as the research object, the scale was pre-tested by item analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. Result: The item analysis shows that the correlation coefficient between each item of the scale and the total score is above 0.30, and the t value of each item is above 3.0; When five items are removed, factor analysis shows, the load of each factor are between 0.523~0.865, total variance explain 74.653%; reliability analysis shows, the Cronbach alpha coefficients of the “Emotional support”, “Informative support”, “Substantial support”, “Self-esteem support” are 0.898, 0.921, 0.886, 0.960, the Cronbach alpha of the whole scale is 0.964. Conclusion: The scale has good validity and reliability, and it can try to use in Macau's inclusive education research.
