Objective: During the COVID-19 Epidemic, we explored the effect of
expressive art therapy (graffiti Diary) on relieving college students’ stress. Methods:
Using convenient sampling, 480 college students were recruited from a Ministry of
higher learning to carry out graffiti diary support network group. Before joining
the group, self-assessment of stress was carried out, and then self-assessment was
conducted after intervention. Results: 90% of the college students reported that their
pressure was relieved. Conclusion: Graffiti diary is a kind of expressive art therapy
which can directly reach the inner spiritual level. No matter whether there is painting
foundation or not, we can try to relieve the pressure.
