As one of the forms of telecommuting, working from home has a certain
impact on organizational identification. This study uses the ISSP part of the 2015
China General Social Survey (CGSS) to explore the relationship between working
from home and organizational identification, and examines the moderating effects of
work disturbing family factors. The results show that: (1) Working from home has a
significant positive impact on organizational identification; (2) Relationship between
working from home and organizational identification is disturbed by work disturbing
family variables, at different levels of work disturbing the family, the frequency of
working from home has an inconsistent effect on organizational identification.
