湖北省体育研学发展困境及优化路径

Dilemma and Optimisation Path of Sports Study Development in Hubei Province

• 摘要： “尔滨热”在各大网络社交平台的出圈，使得越来越多的人关注研学旅行。而体育研学作为研学下的细分领域，对于促进青少年素质教育的全面发展有着重要意义。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，探寻湖北省体育研学的发展困境，并就此提出参考性意见。湖北省拥有丰富的体育研学资源、浓厚的体育氛围和良好的体育产业基础。然而，其存在着对体育研学认识的局限性；缺乏整体规划，研学消费市场较为混乱；以及体育研学导师素养不足，受到安全问题困扰等发展困境。通过转变研学意识，提高学生参与的主动性；建立统筹协调机制，明确各部门权责；以及加强研学专业人才的培养，强化安全意识等举措，可有效推动湖北省体育研学市场的健康发展。
• Since “Erbin Hot” is popular on major social media networks, an increasing number of people are interested in learning about travel. Additionally, it is crucial to support the overall development of high-quality education for youth by incorporating sports studies in the subdivision. This study examines the evolution of sports studies in Hubei Province and presents cited viewpoints using the literature, logical analysis, and additional research techniques. Hubei Province has rich resources for sports study, a strong sports environment, and a good foundation for the sports industry. However, there are limitations in the understanding of sports study; lack of comprehensive planning such as lack of clarity in the study consumer market; lack of sports study instructor quality, and safety issues brought on by the development dilemma. Through the transformation of studying awareness, improving student participation initiatives; the establishment of a coordination mechanism, clarifying powers and responsibilities of various departments; strengthening the study of professional training, and strengthening safety awareness to effectively promote the healthy development of Hubei Province, the study of sports market.
