泰国中文教育政策嬗变动因及启示

  • 摘要: 泰国的中文教育政策始终致力于服务和服从于泰国的国家构建。综观泰国中文教育政策的嬗变历史,政治取向、政治立场、国家认同、社会经济发展需求以及文化交流需求等因素,是左右泰国中文教育政策变迁的主要动因。然而,在不同发展阶段,这些因素的具体作用和表现形式存在着差异性。“无为而治”时期主要以政治和经济因素为主导;“限制和打压”时期以国家认同、政治取向及政治立场等因素为主导;“放开和大力提倡”时期则以经济因素为主导。在泰国中文教育发展的每一个阶段,泰国的中文教育政策都扮演着“风向标”和“指挥棒”的角色,对中文教育的发展影响深远。
  • Thailand's Chinese education policy has always served and obeyed Thailand's state construction. Looking at the history of the evolution of Chinese education policy in Thailand, political orientation, political position, national identity, social and economic development needs, and cultural exchange needs are the main factors affecting the changes in Thailand's Chinese education policy. However, there are differences in the specific roles and performances of these factors at different stages. The period of “doing nothing to rule” was dominated by political and economic factors, the period of “restriction and suppression” was dominated by factors such as national identity, political orientation and political position, and the period of “opening and vigorous advocacy” was dominated by economic factors. At every stage of the development of Chinese education in Thailand, the Chinese education policy in Thailand plays the role of “wind vane” and “baton”, which has a profound impact on the development of Chinese education.
